Postdoctoral Fellow – Antibody-Based Therapeutics for Pancreatic Cancer

The Radhakrishnan Lab at the Brown Cancer Center, University of Louisville, is inviting applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow position in the field of antibody-based targeted therapeutics for pancreatic cancer.
Responsibilities:
• Lead independent research projects in the development of antibody-based therapies
• Design and execute experiments involving cancer immunology and targeted drug delivery
• Work with in vivo mouse models to evaluate therapeutic efficacy
• Collaborate with lab members and external partners on translational cancer research
• Mentor and train graduate students and junior lab members
• Present findings at scientific meetings and contribute to manuscript preparation
Required Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related field
• Strong interest in translational cancer biology and immunotherapy
• Proven ability to plan and execute experiments independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Preferred Experience:
• In vivo mouse model
• Antibody/protein engineering
• Drug conjugation techniques (e.g., ADCs)
• Experience with flow cytometry, Western blotting, ELISA, IHC, or similar techniques
